Sidewalk Arrangement on Jl Yos Sudarso Begins

North Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-dept started building and arranging the sidewalk. One of them is at Jl Laksamana Yos Sudarso, Kelapa Gading Barat.

The sidewalk is arranged up to 1,400 meters long. Eventually, it would be completed with a guiding block for people with disabilities, utility cribs and bollard. For surface part, will use a floor hardener.

Technical Executor for North Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-dept, Libertus Sagala disclosed, the sidewalk wide that reaches 1.7 meters will also be widened up to 2.5-2.7 meters.

"To avoid vehicle using the sidewalk, we will prepare bollard," he disclosed, Thursday (10/13).

His side provides cribs to place utility lines such as fiber optic cable that across the sidewalk.

"If it was completed, we hope the utility owner to pull utility cable from the lanes, do not need to unload the sidewalk," he uttered.

"We choose this one because there are many offices and shopping centers. So it is integrated," stated Sagala.

It is targeted to be complete in the upcoming December.
